What's new

Product changes, in the order they reached customers.

Released September 2, 2026

  • Projects keep their own memory. Facts, preferences, decisions and lessons from each conversation are captured into that project, never into your organization's shared memory. Candidate-facing chats are never captured.
  • Project sources are searched, not only read. Uploaded documents are indexed so the assistant can find a passage the summary left out, including in Chinese, and the conversation shows the passages it used.
  • A scanned PDF uploaded to a project is now transcribed like any other upload instead of being marked unreadable.
  • A job description you attach or paste is used exactly as written, whatever its length. Short postings, including short Chinese postings, are no longer refused.
  • Asking to restructure a posting into the standard layout now works. The layout is shown to confirm, then filled with your content. When no readable copy of a posting exists, you are told so.
  • The project a chat works in has one fixed place, a band under the message box, on the New page and inside a conversation. Pick, switch, clear or create a project there without leaving the chat.
  • The job-description entry is one compact column, a drop strip with a link field under it.
  • Your careers page is found from your website's homepage instead of being asked for. An admin can still set it by hand, and that setting always wins.
  • Edit on a finished assessment reopens the conversation that built it, with its task and version switch on screen.
